Set up: Saturday May 15 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and Sunday from 7:30 AM to show opening.

Deposit information: ½ the booth rent. Balance due 60 days prior to the show. Deposits are not refundable Payment can be made by check, money order, or with charge cards. If you use a charge card, you must provide the security code and card mailing address. Make checks payable to babf.

I agree to exhibit at the above named show on the dates and hours specified. I will be set up ½ hour before the show opens to the public & will remain completely set up until the show closes to the public. I agree to have my tables covered and to have a presentable and safe booth. I agree not to hold Bruce Gventer, babf, the show site, show sponsors, show employees, show volunteers responsible for any loss, theft, property damage or accident or bodily injury that may occur in the course of exhibiting at the above named show and I agree to indemnify, protect, hold harmless, and release from all liability or expenses, whether negligent or other the above mentioned. I will accept full risk of potential loss of entry fee should inclement weather or other unforeseen disaster force cancellation of, or impair the operation of, the fair. I will abide by all show rules. No display from cardboard boxes is permitted. Receipts must be issued for each sale. Bring bags and packing material.
