I agree to exhibit at the Stockbridge Berkshire Antiquarian Book Fair on the date specified above, at the Stockbridge Plain School. I will be set up by 9:30 AM Saturday morning and I agree to stay set up to the close of the show at 4:00 PM. I agree to have my tables covered and to have a presentable and safe booth. I will obey the rules of the show. I agree not to hold babf or the Plain School responsible for any loss, theft, or accident that may occur in the course of exhibiting at the Stockbridge Berkshire Antiquarian Book Fair. I will accept full risk of potential loss of entry fee should inclement weather or other unforeseen disaster force cancellation of, or impair the operation of, the fair. I agree to indemnify, protect, hold harmless, and release from all liability whether negligent or other babf, Bruce Gventer, all employees, sponsors, volunteers & the show site, and to abide by all show rules. No display from cardboard boxes, receipts must be issued for each sale, bring bags.
