A program for the memorial service for Willie B., Western Lowland Gorilla, 1959-2000, held on Saturday, February 5, 2000, at 5:00pm.

Speaking at the event were luminaries such as Ambassador Andrew Young, Congresswoman Nan Grogan Orrock, and Curator of Primates at Zoo Atlanta Charles Horton (aka "Willie B's Best Friend"), among others.

Musical interludes were provided throughout the service by Crucial Vibes, Bisi Adeleke and the African Talking Drums, Scott Douglas and World Music, and Vuka African Xylophones.

The program does not specify, but we feel quite certain that refreshments were served.
